Airport = Faleolo Airport (APW), north Upolu, 37km from Apia Town.

Visas =Entry visas for Samoa are automatically granted on arrival to all Nationals for a stay of 30 days. Extensions for another 30-days may be obtained by applying in person at the Immigration Office in Apia

Vaccinations = None required except for yellow fever and cholera if coming from an infected area. Importation of plants, animals and associated products is strictly prohibited.

Transfers = The airport bus meets all international flights day and night and charge just ST$8 into Apia. Taxis coast around ST$30. Resorts provide meet and greet service.

Banking = 24-hr ATM machine and ANZ bank opens for all international flights.

Departure Tax = There is a departure tax of ST$30 for anyone over the age of nine staying for more than 24-hours (children 3-9 pay ST$10, transit passengers are free). If you depart Samoa more than once in a 30-day period, you need only pay departure tax once if you present your ticket.
